Returns Policy

14-days return window

You can return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email customersupport@shopag.co with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
3. Ship the item back. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Items not eligible for return

• Items used or showing signs of wear
• Items missing original packaging or tags
• Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at purchase)
• Personal-care items (beauty, hygiene) once opened

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
